Kountly Support

It takes what you still need to save, counts the contribution dates between your start date and your goal date, and divides. Each contribution is rounded up to the cent and the final one is adjusted, so you land exactly on your target.

Kountly adds up every contribution due by today and compares it with what you have actually saved. Small differences still count as on track.

Nothing changes automatically. You choose: keep the same amount and finish a little later, or recalculate so the remaining contributions still reach your goal by its original date.

Yes. Open-ended savings only asks how much and how often. A saving comes up every period for as long as you keep going, and one you missed can be caught up on or skipped.

No. There is no account, no sign-in and no bank connection. You enter your goals, bills and debts yourself, and Kountly never moves money, makes payments or cancels a subscription for you.

Turn them on in Settings → Notifications. There are four kinds: savings, bills, debts and a daily spending check-in. Bill and debt reminders can come 7 days, 3 days or 1 day before a payment is due. Kountly asks for permission the first time you turn one on, and every reminder is scheduled on your device.

Not in this version. Everything you enter is stored on your device, so deleting the app deletes your data with it.

Kountly runs on iPhone and iPad. The store listing shows the minimum operating system version.

Email us. Bug reports are most useful with your device model, your OS version, the Kountly version from the app's settings, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
